The COVID-19 pandemic has emerged as a serious public health emergency and has triggered a process that needs to be responded to. As of March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization declared this event as a public health emergency in accordance with the International Health Regulations. This process is closely followed by our Ministry in our country as well as in the rest of the world.

One of the interventions planned by our Ministry to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic is mass COVID-19 vaccination.

By evaluating the risks of exposure to the disease, severe transmission and transmission of the disease, and the negative impact of the disease on the functioning of social life, the groups to be vaccinated against COVID-19 have been determined and will be administered to these groups, respectively.
